With Father’s Day on the horizon, it seems an appropriate time to bring out one of my favorites of our “man-friendly” fragrances: Cold Water. Here’s the listing-text: “Fresh and cool, the delightful scent of Cold Water is the perfect men’s fragrance, and yet manages to be fantastic for women, too! Its complex notes are compelling but not overwhelming.”

…as usual, that’s true enough so far as it goes, but it’s far from the whole story! While I and many other women absolutely adore this fragrance in its own right, it is very definitely a manly scent, smelling of citrus and vetiver, moss and musk, sandalwood and amber. It’s delightfully crisp, cool, and clean, and perfect for smelling like a man.

We have other manly scents as well, of course – I won’t have time to profile them all before Father’s Day, but several of them are included in our Manly Soap gift set. There are a couple of new additions to this category of our fragrance lineup in the works, too – I’m particularly looking forward to introducing Spiced Mahogany, when the soap has finished curing!
